SCALING OPTIONS
1) Intermediate
Attempt as rx’d. If the first round lasts longer than 3-3:30 scale the medicine ball cleans to 20 reps and the burpee pull-ups to 7 reps.
2) Novice
5 Rounds for time of:
15 Medicine ball cleans (14lbs/10lbs or lighter)
5 Burpee jumping pull-ups
