Growing up I was a multi-sport athlete, with my first passion being Track & Field, specifically sprint events (100m and 4 x 100m relay), however, my true love was for the long jump and triple jump. I also did soccer during my off-season, but dance held a special place in my heart, which I was an All-State Athlete in Oregon.
For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to do something that made an impact, something that helped and served others. My passion for Health and Fitness has only grown and the older I get, the more I can see the impact it can make on our lives long-term. I want to show others that you CAN do this and everything we do today, impacts our future selves. I want to help show you how to live a longer, healthier life.
